Curacao/Bonaire annual dive conditions

I have some friends that are just getting back into the sport and looking to go to Bonaire/Curacao in the near future and want to know at what time of year the best dive conditions are to do so. Any advice would be appreciated!

Also, although not specifically related to this forum, they are also planning a trip to Puerto Rico in the coming weeks and want to know what the best dive sites and diver operations are on the northern and east coast.

Big Blue Planet - Dive location holiday destination information for SCUBA divers who want to go diving.

Scroll down and click on Bonaire/Curacao, etc., individually. Once you're in each location, click "overview of the lcoation" to show vis, temps, rainfall, etc., month by month.
