i feel sorry for the Cub's fan that stuck his hand out last night and touched the ball. he will be blamed by MANY for the Cub's not winning. his life today has already been he!! and i bet he winds up having to move, that is if he dont get murdered first. the sad part is he didnt do anything wrong or anything that any other person wouldnt have done, it was a foul ball that he was trying to catch.

My entire philosophical construct is threatened. My intellect *demanded* that there be a Cubs - Sox World Series, to ensure that one of them would win, and the other would lose in dramatic fashion in the series. It was an absolute necessity. I feel betrayed by God and Nature and will be forced to spend a long time reevaluating the meaning of the universe before I can continue life in a sane manner.

I love the Yanks and hate the Sox, but the only way I can maintain any semblance of reality is if the Sox win it all.

These Cubs are pretty much a new team. They will back next year.
Hang in there everyone!

A Cubs fan forever,
Natasha
