I'm going to be on a Holland America cruise next month, and will be visiting the following islands: St. Thomas [8 am-5 pm], Puerto Rico [7am-4 pm], St. Martin [8 am-5 pm], and Nassau [10 am-5 pm on X-mas day]. Unfortunately, Holland America offers next to no dive excursions, so I must book them separately, or not at all.

I'm looking for good dive operations for all three locations. Alternatively to St. Thomas, would I be better advised to take the ferry to St. John and dive from there?

As to St. Martin, I tried Ocean Explorers and they were already booked for the day I will be there, so I am looking for another cruise passenger friendly dive operator. Ocean Explorers has [sort of] recommended Scuba Fun -- anyone know anything about them?

As to Nassau, I will be there on Christmas Day. Stuart's Cove cannot accommodate the schedule and Bahama Divers is closed that day. Anyone know of another dive operation I might contact in Nassau?

Thanks for the info. Any ideas on St. Martin or San Juan?

Scuba Fun or Octopus Divers in St Martin. Can't speak for PR.
