Cruise Ship diving, 2025

Traveling on Odyssey of the Seas, 27 Jan 2025

I have 5 scheduled dives this cruise:

Day 5 - St Thomas - Taking the RCI Excursion

-- I've done only one previous dive in this port, and was disappointed with the dive operator I booked privately before)

Day 6 - Antigua - Antigua School of Scuba - A small family run dive operation, I enjoyed this trip last year.

Day 7 - Barbados - Barbados Blue - We arrive too late for the morning boat trip, but Andre was happy to do an afternoon dive on the wrecks in the bay. My third visit to these wrecks.

Day 8 - St Lucia - Dive St Lucia (Scuba Steve) - Another repeat visit, and one of my favorite destinations and Dive Operators. (I think my 6th visit). Last year I much enjoyed a return visit to Supermans Flight, a great drift dive at the base of the Pitons.

Day 9 - St Maarten - Dive Sint Maarten - Again, another return visit. The dive shop is within walkable distance of the pier, departing from Bobby's Marina.

Sounds like a great itinerary. I've dove with ASS, Dive St. Lucia, and Dive Sint Maarten before as well and had good experiences too.

Let us know who you go with and how the dive was. I've only heard feedback about J J Divers in St. Thomas (which was positive).

@Wants2divemore I was on several of these trips with you. I gave you the feedback about JJ divers. It was a good dive, but talking with the other divers on board Anthem the day after, I found the ship excursion provided more value.
