My wife and I are taking a cruise next month to Key West, Freeport and Nassau. We would like to either dive or check out a good local beach in both Freeport and Nassau. Anybody know of any good Dive Ops that cater to the cruise lines at the ports or any good beaches not associated with the cruise lines?

Stuart Cove's is the cruise dive operator on Nassau - Stuart Cove's Aqua Adventures - Cruise Ships

UNEXSO in Port Lucaya works with divers, not sure if they're the cruise operator but -
Visit us from your cruise ship
Port Lucaya is also pretty close to Freeport and is where a lot of the cruise traffic goes now.

There's some nice beaches on the south side, I don't recall which ones but we visited a couple during a week stay. Lots of white sand, shallow, even a little snorkeling in some areas. Grand Bahama Island -- Beaches I'm fairly sure one was Gold Rock Beach as there was nothing there.
