Oh wise and experienced divers, lend me your taxonomy! I have two critters I can't put names to. Both are from dives in Monterey, CA and both were found somewhere around 30 ft or so. One is obviously a nudibranch, it was floating in the water column and I finally managed to let it land on my glove and you can see how tiny it is, about the size of a stitch on my glove. Is it a juvenile hermissenda crassicornis? Any thoughts? The other one, forgive the picture, seemed to be a clam sticking out from a rock, the picture was taken face on. Thanks as always for the help!
