Do you think that Cressi regulators are they good for a beginner who will only perform open water dives?
Thank you :)

sure. all the regs out there, for the most part, will be good for open water diving. just look at what options they will have for you later down the road. can you get an enviromental kit.

i dont know if you are going to be diving in warm or cold water. the enviro kit will be good for cold water as it will help the first stage from freezing up. i am sure you can get a DIN adapter for it so this is not an issue.

go to cressi website and look at what they have on there for options, or look up offthewall1 here on scubaboard and ask him. he is a cressi dealer and would know alot about the reg you are look at. here is his website www.offthewallscuba.com the number for the shop is there if you wanted to call him. good luck

Absolutely. Cressi has improved their regulators immensely over the last 10 odd years. They are world class product and you can buy any of them with absolute confidence.

When I was shopping for a new reg last year I noticed that Cressi Regs warranty is only 1 year compared to other major players that is a relatively short warranty. Many manufacturers make products that are satisfactory for basic open water diving but warranties back up the product and parts programs add value to the purchase.

As Widget said-Cressi regs are well designed and manufactured, very good regulators.
