Very gently used (18 dives by one owner, me), excellent condition Cressi Ellipse Steel second stage and MC5 first stage. Very compact, light, great for travel diving.

I just had the reg completely serviced and overhauled, with a complete switch-out of the all internal components and post-service testing by an authorized Cressi service center. I bought this new, have used this on only 18 dives, and totally baby my equipment. The ease of breathing on this reg has been superb down to depths of about 110 feet.

Unsurprisingly, this reg has received a very strong review from ScubaLab. For a description of the unique elliptical design of the Ellipse and how that eases breathing, see for example ScubaLab: Regulators - Cressi MC5 Steel | Scuba Diving Magazine

After only 18 dives it needed a complete switch-out of the all internal components?!! Especially 18 dives with someone that "totally babies his equipment?" How about a picture of the actual unit, too?

It didn't need a complete switch-out of all the replaceable components -- it was just standard, thorough service on a reg, which is done after a certain period of time, not after a certain number of dives. For what it's worth, the "used" parts the service center sent back looked like new - no wear whatsoever - but I suppose part of the idea of regular equipment service is that you replace things that don't need replacing because of most divers' intolerance for equipment failure, given the consequences.

I'd be happy to send you a pic. Are you interested?
