I ran into http://www.FugitiveFinder.us yesterday - apparantly, it has a database of thousands of people with arrest warrants in Arizona, now living all over the country.

You'd think that if they knew their last known address, they'd pick 'em up, but I suppose its not that easy.

Anyway, just for kicks, give it a shot. The trick is to zoom out if you don't see anything near you when you first put in your address... its nuts.
