Have an 80's Luxfer that failed Vis. -- Crack in the threads--

Anyone have an idea what it's worth as scrap or a recycle place in SoCal that takes AL80s?

bummer man. how old was it? I have a 'can guy' that comes by on sundays. I bet he would love to have it!

Made in 1980. DANG! 28 years old... RIP :(

Before I toss it, I have to find out what it's worth in its present (DOA) condition... :D

you guys gave me a chuckle

If no useful suggestions exist, I'm all for turning this thread into "uses for old scuba tanks" :crafty:

bedside latrine?

Place it in the front passenger seat of your car, put a hat on it, and ride in the carpool lane! :D

there are tons of threads on this in the tanks section. however I do know of one particular person that you could give it to to dive.

did you have a memorial for it?

Cut the top off - it makes a great chime.
