Cozumel to Grand Cayman

Are there any airlines that fly from Cozumel to Grand Cayman?

A quick search on matrix shows that, yes, there are - but they all go back to U.S. mainland first and looks like you'd have to spend the night. Figure you're looking for the flight to be island to island. When I did Puerto Rico to GC a couple of years ago, it was the same (going to Miami before flying out to GC) except the travel was all in the same day. Pandemic is not making things very easy!

There are or at least used to be direct flights between Roatan and Grand Cayman with Cayman Airways. Not sure what the current status is. As @jonhall said- from Cozumel or Cancun, you will have to circle back through the US mainland.
