Cozumel restraunt question

How late is the French Quater open? I want to go there for my bday on July 13, but I'm also thinking of doing a night dive. Would there be enough time to get in a night dive, and make it to the French Quater before it closes?

Any other suggestions for a nice place to spend a bday dinner after a night dive? Is it even possible to do both?

I don't know how late they are open, but Il Primo has great food! Any cabbie knows where it is...is right next to a scuba shop, but back then I didn't dive, so I don't remember the name.
