Sounds like a good idea. Going 12th to 17th of Feb and staying at Hotel Cozumel. Will be divng with Dive Paradise .It's what I did 2 years ago too. I just like the great diving there. SIT?

We'll miss you by a day - January 28 - February 11.

SIT = surface interval time. Take a light wind-breaker, too.

you'll be going a lot of days of diving. I'll only get 4 days of diving, probably 9, 11 dives, tops. Glad I heard abou the windbreaker from Christi and you. Thanks

What suit are you bringing with you? Will you dive with a hood too?

Don't warm that bar up too much. :)

Bringing my 3mm. I have a full length Henderson Hyperstretch. I'll bring my hood and gloves, but chances are I won't need them. I don't plan on doing the cenotes - I did them last year. It was fun and all, and definitely worth doing if you haven't before, but it was $150 for the day.

I have the exact same 3 mil suit. I'll bring it and aviatar style hood/head covering. Think it would be a waste of space to bring my 1 mil?

If you're bringing it because you think you might be too hot, I wouldn't bother. If you are bringing it because you think you might want to layer if you feel a little cold, it's probably not a bad idea. I may bring mine too.

No, I was thinking to switch too if I didn't need the 3 mil. What I'll do is just take my Henderson hotskin to layer under my 3 mil. I did that in Key Largo last winter in 73*/74* and I was fine with that and hood. If the temp is 76* to 79* in Coz we'll be fine with the 3 mil. I'll leave the 1 mil home.

I kind of doubt it will get much more than 80F. You should be good with the 3mm. Remind me when I get back and I can post the temps.
