Water might still be a modest 23°C, but spring is here and ❤️ is in the air...
Courting Ijima's turtlehead sea snakes (Emydocephalus ijimae) at Gorilla Chop, Okinawa main island, Japan

Music : "Spinning Whale" by Cell
Equipment used : GoPro7 Black (4K, 60fps), AOI UWL-03 lens Rosco filter gel

***
This was my second dive after a long moving-winter-life-stuff hiatus, and also I'm testing a brand new drysuit, so didn't bring my faithful Lumix LX10, but only my old GoPro 7 (mounted with the AOI UWL03 wide lens and a filter-gel inside the housing, to test one of the most promising replacements for the illustrious UR-Pro Cyan...)

Conditions were really not ideal to test the filter gel, with cloudy murky - if slightly blueish - water and a slightly ridiculous depth ranging between 2 to 5 meters, but results were still quite ok.

Cheers!

Awesome job and dive. I dig the music too! 🙌
Thanks! It was a really nice encounter, and they were quite focused on what they were up to :) - in the 15 minutes or so I spent with them, at one point another male joined in but quickly got chased away…
