I'm using OceanLog 2.2.3 and keep getting this error when I open my dive log.

'could not open dive data file'

However, it continues to open and seems to be fine.

The other problem I have is that it automatically tries to run the auto updater every time I start the application. I'm using it on a Vista machine. Does anyone know how to fix this?
 
The auto-update application is definitely a problem since apps with that name cause UAC to ask permission EVERY BLOODY TIME. Oceanic should have thought about this before they included it - at least it should have been tested on all OS's (and testing on Vista means both UAC on and off)!
 
Agreed. However, it didn't used to do this even with UAC turned on. And then there's still the error message. Anyone know how to fix either of these?
