Hey divers,

We came to Puerto Viejo in 1977 before the road was built and built a hotel in 1990 in the heart of the famous Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge, which protects our (mostly) healthy reef system all the way to the Panama border.

It's a really great potential dive resort but I'm just a rec diver and getting a bit lazy with such good shore diving and snorkeling. Warm water and wide shelf with tons of dive and post-dive wildlife makes great lifestyle, lots of bottom-time for 50+.

Hotel's doing pretty well but we want out after 34 years. Asking $6.95mm for 26 room hotel with pool and lots more PLUS 30 hectares directly on Playa Chiquita. Weather and nature are exuberant, naturally cooler and healthy lifestyle. Yes, lots too.

Local dive season is June-November, almost exactly counter-seasonal to our beach and surf high season which is Dec-April. Ideas? Inspiration? Give a howl...

Fred
