Costa Rica, electrical

We are going to be in Costa Rica tommorrow and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what type of power and electrical outlets are in Costa Rica? Will we need an adapter of some sort, (I'm in Canada)

Same as the US and I think Canada is the same.
