I am at work and trying to figure out what the standard length of a corrugated hose is on a standard rec. BC. Help me please.

Lots of luck on that one.

Scubapro seems to like very short ones, OMS tends to have very long ones (depsite the technical nature of what they sell) and everyone else is somewhere in the middle.

If you use a combination octo/inflator, a longer hose corrogated hose is nice, otherwise as far as I am concerned, the shorter the better.

Ya I kinda figured they would vary. Do you know how long the Scubapro one is?

I agree. The shorter the better works for me. It should be long enough to reach your mouth for oral inflation. I'm sure you'll get lots of varied opinions on this one. This is just mine :)

Let's remeber I am trying to nail down an average length for a rec. bc's corrugated hose.

Standard hose length is ten inches, excluding hardware. This includes Scubapro, Beuchat and others. Twelve inches is also seen.

Exact size is a bit difficult as it expands/contracts
but here is what I've got:
OMS hose is ~16 inches.
Zeagle older more flexible hose is ~17 inches
Zeagle newer/current rigid hose is 19 inches.
