Care should be taken whenever introducing species into a new area. This sounds great in that it will "save" the indigenous species damaged in India, but what if they introduce unwanted, harmful organisms into the Arabian Sea that hitchhiked in with the coral? Or an exotic coral disease? History has shown nature is better off without man trying to "improve" it, in most cases.
 
It should be fine. They're only moving the coral 1 piddly kilometer, or at least that's what the article says. :eyebrow:
