If you Transfer your file with WETRANSFER they reserve the right and will use your files for AI and Generative AI learning.
If you use Generative AI in your photos, that part of your photo or all of it will NOT be able to be copyrighted!
If you are a professional, join ASMP to help learn more. I will be part of a comittee to make recommendations to the US Copyright office re modernizing their Copyright Submission catagories. Currently, the limit of photos that can be copyrighted on one submission is 750 photos.
My father Jerry Greenberg was a champion for artists copyrights. Between Jerry, my mother Idaz and myself and my sister, we have had over 200 copyright infringements. We only lost 2 against National Geographic who spent 11 years and reportedly north of 14,000,000 fighting my father.
READ the use agreements in contests, websites and social media. Use at least "© Copyright 2018" yourname where the year is when it was first published.

Never sign a "For Hire" agreement unless you are willing to lose all rights to all of the photos you take under that agreement.
Any contract that reads "World Wide and throughout the Universe" Chuck it. There is actually a photo of me age 10 with a Giddings 8mm housing underwater in the Virgin Islands that was taken from the National Geographic article without permission and put on the Voyager 1 Disk! Yes I am the only person underwater who represents us out of our solar system! Have a laugh.
