I was lying in bed this morning, half awake, when i realized I was doing controlled breathing, so as not to waste air. It gave me quite a chuckle. I suppose there will be more of that to come.

When you sleep you tend to do "controlled" breathing, as your breathing is slow and deeper than normal.
True, but as i lay there in bed, I was consciously regulating my breathing, thinking I had a second stage in my mouth.

Sounds like you didn't have to do your morning constitutionals. Try doing it when nature calls. Just remember, you're not peeing into you wetsuit.
