Oceanic told me their computers revert to 21 percent oxygen from the gas mix setting you had it at , within an hour of surfacing or making the change. There’s no way to turn that off. Do any brands or models not do that? I know safety reasons.
 
I think if you keep Suunto's in nitrox mode they stay that way, just have to remember to set the O2 mix prior to dive since it isn't changeable in dive mode from what i recall.
 
Oceanic used to change to 50%. Not air. That was an unpleasant surprise at 60ft. Eventually you could turn that off.
