OK,,,here we go!! Went on a little vacation and while away my heat went off where i keep my gear. Temps here have been minus 25* F or so. Yeah I know,,,you should move south!!Well does any one know of a compass module that will fit most spg's, that is freeze proof? Tried to find out from Genesis to no avail. Any help, even moving, is appreciated!! Just kidding, I like my area! Thanks, Tony:D
 
Most are filled with mineral oil. I do not know what temp it freezes at if it freezes at all.
 
Mineral oil freezes at -22F.

Why would you live somewhere where whiskey freeze?

make your own, much better and if it freezes, just get another compass....
