Just a little poll to help myself improve my "Greeting skills" for newcomers.

Thanks

I welcome any comments (good or bad) from newcomers on how I can improve to make you, and future ScubaBoarders feel more at home.

The poll is for everyone

It has been a long time since I "was greeted", so I really can't answer your poll. I do think that the greeters do a very nice job, there are a lot of people that join each day and I for one don't stop and say hello to each one. Perhaps, if I did then the greeters would have an easier job.

Instead of complaining about the job the greeters do, why don't we each pledge to welcome at least one new member each day we are on the board (and answer or make reference to any question that they may have) and take a little pressure off the greeters (oops, wrong thread)? Race you to the first newbie!

Rock on Greeters!
