In March I took my SUV off an icy road and rolled it. I have had continuing back issues since. I am doing PT and have had epidural injections. Because of loss of usual activity (and eating too much) I put on weight.

I am working to get the weight off. I really want to go diving. I would start shallow and just play. This injury has been really depressing.
 
Saw the neurosurgeon yesterday. More shots on July 20. I also went by the LDS> I will knock out a quick couple of specialties and dives and get ready for DIVCON.
