Thanks for posting your video! I'm going at the end of November! Can't wait!

Hi

I'm going next week!
I can't decide what suit to take tho

I took my neo dry suit to Galapagos and was soooo pleased that I did because the others were wearing three wet suits on top of each other and were really cold on the ribs back to the liveaboard and unsuiting when the wind was blowing

I'm very weedy and get cold easily

MATT - What was the temperature of the water in September

EAU - what suit are you taking, do I know you from Wraysbury by any chance ??

Thanks

Venus

i was there in july and the water temp was mid to upper 70's. there really wasn't much of a thermocline, but we did encounter one at a few dive sites. i dove a 5 mil and used a hood from time to time. several people had 7 mil's or used a hooded vest on top of a 5 mil.

Matt's a wus though - I was in my 3mm with skin underneath. I always use a hood or a hooded vest. (venus, I know we have already talked, I just needed to give Matt some crap!)

what!!?? i thought you dove a 5 mil. i only used the hood the last half of the trip.

Fabulous. Thanks for posting. Made my dreary and overcast day ;-)

Nope just a 3mm. I was too hot in the 5mm.
