it's there....is it a console mount and can it be removed?

With a warm water soak, it will pop out of that maount and can then be put in a DSS wrist mount. That is a great rig.

Piranha sells them pretty cheap and they even include the bungee cord with it!

yup, I've bought loads 'o stuff from Piranha including my first sk7 with bungee mount which is sitting at the bottom of Dutch Springs somewhere! Thanks LVW!
