Just checking to see if this is something to note as a "glitch" or if anyone might know what's up with this...

All the dives have shown up fine on my log, except for dive #10. The log starts off with the factory logged dive with a date of 7/17/2012, and then each of my dives is listed correctly until the 10th dive, where it shows the date as 2/06/12 (should be the next year 2013). This dive should read 2/06/13, as the date/time/max.depth matches my hand-written log for the dive. When I loaded dives onto the logbook on my laptop, it lists dive #10 out of sequence at the very top of the spreadsheet list, followed by the factory logged test dive. I was trying to see if I could change the date to 2013 for this dive to get it where it should be, but it wont. On the computer itself the dive is in the 10th spot on the dive log, but the date is still wrong, and it's only wrong for this dive. Just throwing this out there....thanks

There was a known date issue that cropped up early this year/late last year. Not sure it could explain what you're seeing, though.

Yes, as Dr. Lecter says, this was a known issue in an earlier firmware version. My guess is that the dive in question was the first of the year, and you didn't manually reset the year- you should not have needed to, but the firmware didn't change the year correctly.

What is your current firmware version? You can find this by navigating to the System Info screen under the Settings menu. The most recent firmware is 1.41. If you need to update, you can do so using the instructions here: Atomic Aquatics Cobalt Software Recent firmware versions do update the year/ leap years correctly and offer a number of feature enhancements as well.

We don't have a way to alter the date of a single dive in the Cobalt's log, however some desktop log applications may allow you to do this.
