Unfortunately, a different page on the website notes that the book isn't actually available. The purchase button is to pre-pay EUR 67 today to pre-order from the next printing, with no guarantee of when that will be.
Was hoping there were some booksellers out there that still have copies, but its looking like I'll just have to hope they print another run at some point.
