Cleaning tanks for pure oxygen

I got a used pure oxygen tank for decompression.
I would like to clean the valve and tank. I plan to use Simple Green Crystal.

also I plan to disassemble and clean the first stage, but do I need to clean the hoses, second stage, and gauges?

Advice on cleaning methods please!
