This is interesting: there are at a least a few known corals (Porites lobata or evermanni probably) of this size. A few are on Green Island, Taiwan. The largest known one i believe is in American Samoa, estimated to have started growing like 700 years ago.

Much more familiar to most on this board, an example of such a long living coral (500 years IIRC) is in the northeast side of Hanauma Bay, Oahu, Hawaii and very easily seen. (but again please don't touch. )
