great watch but need $$$ for tech gear. no low ball offers please. manual included.

I'm kind of a watch guy and my collection consists mostly of Seiko and Citizen divers. I gotta ask about this particular watch...what are those clear plastic doo-dads protruding from the side of the bezel? Never seen those before. It looks like you're wearing BDU's and are possibly in the military. Did you buy this overseas or at a military exchange maybe? Also, is that a domed crystal or inset? Do you have box, papers, more photos of case back, etc?
 
The plastic tabs are from the screen guard. Yes. Military. 2nd owner from another Marine. Pic of the back...
