I've got a Citizen JP1010-xx Aqualand Promaster watch and want to replace the batteries myself.

No problems in getting the batteries, but I'm looking for the O-rings.
Does anyone know were I can order these? What I need to know is the size and diameter of the o-ring and/or part number.
Also I was wondered if anyone knows were I could order the glass?
I'm living in the Netherlands.
