No matter what link I find to Cis Lunar, they are all dead links.....is Cis-Lunar out of business?

They had a nice rebreather with data logging.....

They stopped actively doing business last year.. officially they are waiting for new investors and are in a state of limbo... Many people who own units have been selling them since they can no longer get any replacement parts.

Yes, in fact Cis Lunar is out of business. I am on a dive team which has 6 of their wireless communication units. We had some problems with them and called the company to no avail. The number didn't exist anymore. The website remained online for a few more months.
A few months went by when we recieved a correspondence from Cis Lunar stating that they were currently not operating and were seeking a buyer for their business. Nothing has happened yet.
Just this week, we were trying to figure out a contingency plan for repair of the systems. I spoke with Dive Rescue International who referred me to Tim at Ocean Technology Systems. Their number is 1(800) 550-1984 (Tim is ext. 21). Tim was very helpful and said that they do repair Cis Lunar Divecomm gear.

We are very proud to announce that today we have entered into an Agreement with Cis Lunar Development Laboratories Inc. to become the Exclusive Authorized International Maintenance and Repair Facility for the Cis Lunar Mark 5-P Rebreather.

This agreement now means that all Cis Lunar owners will have one single source for Parts and Service of their Mark 5 rebreathers.

As most of you may know, it has been a while since there has been an organized service entity for these rigs, and that is a gap we intend to fill as soon as possible. There are dozens of these units in service all over the world, and now their owners will be able to contact us directly to obtain Parts, Yearly and Bi-yearly Maintenance, as well as information and advice on keeping their machines running smoothly.

We are going to be in the process of moving the inventory of parts from Cis Lunar to our own facility in Pennsylvania over the next few weeks, so it will be a short while before we can begin filling orders, but once that step has been completed, we will be prepared to receive units which require maintenance and/or repair. We are very excited about working with the folks at Cis Lunar, Dr. Bill Stone, Nigel Jones, and the rest of their staff. The Mark 5-P is one of the finest Closed Circuit Rebreathers ever made, but even the best needs some TLC every now and again, and we're here to make sure they get it.
