Christi,

We will be staying at the Reef Club 12/15-12/22 and have dives setup with Sand Dollar. Do you have any room during this time frame and can you pickup at their dock? I'd like to give you a try for future trips to Coz. There would be two of us, myself and my son who's 12. He's been diving since 10 and has a total of 28 dives with 22 of them in Coz.

I consider myself a somewhat picky eater but haven't had any problems finding something I like at the Reef. Beef down south is always a problem since it's range fed and I prefer chicken anyway. We've stayed there the last two years and not had a problem with anything at the hotel or SDS. Over they years we've stayed in town until the last two due to now having kids. I've eaten at some good restaurants and some bad...

I have to second DandyDon's thought. I have stayed there and when I compare the food to other AI's, it comes in a distant last. We ended up going to town for many meals. The flies were a distraction to the food however.

I'll presume to answer your question. She probably doesn't have room. She is popular, and for good reason. December is high season and she has written on other threads that many op's get full this time of year, including her.

Probably true, but you never know...?

She will reply to your email, though. She tells me that she gets 50-100 a day, but she follows thru.

I've never been out with her operation, but after trying some of the others, and reading posts here for a year, it was an easy choice to select Blue-X-T-Sea for the Cozumel Singles Trip in March. Booked five months in advance. Now, three months out, I've got one seat out of two boats open, but she has a waiting list to grab it when it's released today! :wink:
