I am thinking about going to Chile for 3-9 months and would like to do some diving while I am there. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am a new diver looking for something challenging and interesting such as wrecks or reefs.
I don't care about nightlife.
I am a poor traveler so money is an issue, but hopefully not a restrictor.
