Are these guys private security contractors? They look like they are guarding a supply convoy or something? I wonder how they do with the newer IED's though? Factory armor is your friend.

Yeah, private contractors. Armor is crude, as shown in the pics...

I found pics of one avalanche all beat up by an IED, and they fixed it up, it went back in service. Will post the pics later.
