Hello everyone, my name is Mike and you may be wondering about my user name, well, in the day time I play an Aerospace Engineer! LOL:D

I have been diving for only a year and the majority of my dives are black river diving for fossils, specifically fossil sharks teeth. My favorite shark is the Mako, I know, a lot of people like the big Megalodon teeth but I really like the Mako teeth. I have a couple of 3" Mako teeth in my collection.

I also go golfing every week even though I am not really good at it, course I do not suck that bad either, lol

I have not done this in a while but I do like to relic hunt (metal detect) for colonial and military relics. I have a couple of really nice detectors including a Minelab Excalibur so maybe I can incorporate both diving and detecting and find some stuff under the water.

I would like to do some fossil diving out in the open ocean and I do plan on going to Venice Beach this summer. So if you are in the Charleston area and do not mind taking another diver with you, I am your diver!!!! LOL

Thanks everyone, I hope to be a positive asset to this site.

I was Facebook chatting with Jamie the other day. Jamie runs a charter in Venice. I hope to pay him a visit come warm weather. Maybe we can do something.

An acquaintance of mine uses an underwater detector and has some French and Spanish coins he found in the Cooper. I will hook you up with him.
