It looks like one of my friends will be doing OW class with me as his instructor and we'll be doing confined water in US and we might both go on a business trip (he as a guest of a company I work for) to Tel Aviv. Was wondering if I am allowed to do check-out dives in Israel (Eilat) as an instructor? What are the requirements?
