Proof is in the pix. ......not to good. Maybe a whopping 9 INCHES or so of vis. we went out south of Annapolis for the opening day of rockfish season on saturday . Divemaster stuck that new olympus digital that is waterproof to 33 fsw in over the side of the Scarab to click a pix of our trolling lure underwater. Winds were gusting to 25 knots w/ a rough sea but we did manage a fat rockfish before heading to the bar at Kentmoore for crabs and beer. Once again the Chesapeake Bay water quality is not looking too good.

Nice fish! I see you went out of SPSP. We went out yesterday and got 4 nice fish which was our limit. The water up around the bridge is real dirty from all the rain. I wonder what it looks like south of the Choptank,it's usually much better. Keith

I don't mind lo vis for fossilling but that's to dirty for anything else.Youall are diehard.
