Cheapest places to fly too, for diving

Hello everyone

I'm looking to book a quick trip somewhere sunny to go diving.

I'm in the UK, does anyone have recommendations?

For this trip I really want it to be as cheap as possible!
Does anyone have ideas where the cheapest places are and what deals to look for?

I think Malta is quite accessible from the UK. Maybe the Balearic islands as well.

Egypt. I'm off there in June and was there in Feb (lucky me)
Thomsons fly to Sharm from many UK airports and you can get a flight only deal. EasyJet also fly there (I'm flying with them in June from Manchester). I'm going to Dahab and have booked with a dive shop there.

I've dived in Malta - the diving is nice but not as colourful as the Red Sea.

Basically I think its wherever there are package holiday deals - the Canaries diving is supposed to be nice too.
