For macro or wideangle?

My case can take either size. If I had to pick I’d go with 67. The biggest factor is price. Basically I’m looking for a used lens that isn’t being used anymore that I can test on my camera before I purchase a nice one.

I wonder, if any regular add-on lens could be used as wet macro? Vivitar close-up, for example? These are dirt cheap.

Why not? What is fundamentally different between wet macros and close-ups?
Depends on the optical design, and whether the different refractivity of air and water has been factored into the design, as for example Nauticam tends to do with their wet lenses.

I'll give it a try.
