I'm looking for a cheap camera that would give decent pics that I can take down to around 150' (The deepest I would plan on going anytime soon). I saw the "SeaLife ReefMaster RC SL515" listed as a decent option, $150 from Amazon.com.

So questions. Is this a decent camera? I don't plan on getting a digital for my first camera since they generally cost a bit more, and I don't plan on taking a Lot of pictures.

Any other camera you would suggest instead of this one?

If I'm diving in decently lit waters, do I need a strobe? ($200 more). I think the camera comes with a built in flash, wouldn't that be enough for "ok" pictures?

The Sealife reefmaster RC sl515 is a good general purpose camera. Lots of accessories available as well. You can get it from LeisurePro.com for about 120$
