Charter Flights for Island Views

Hello Out There,
Looking for some info on aircrafts
Ideally it would be great to get some contact info on small companies or individuals with small crafts (3 passenger plus pilot) - even a helicopter or a seaplane.
I want to have control over our travel schedule (beyond the sparse scheduled flights that go between the islands) and see a great view of the trail of small islands in Okinawa.
Tips or contact info much appreciated.
