We just purchased 2 sola 800 for our sheriffs dive team, my question is can we leave these units plugged in 24/7 so they are always ready for use, if fully charged and left off do they loose charge? Thanks for the info.

Sorry for the late response. We have had a change in command and there was no one monitoring this account, until now. No, we don't recommend leaving them plugged in 24/7. Leaving them on the charger for a full 7-10 days is ok if you choose too, after that we recommend you take them off the charger. When you take them off charge there is a very, very slow discharge rate that will occur. If you leave them off the charger for 2-3 months we recommend putting them back on the charger a few hours before you go diving to top them off.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. If you need to call us please call 831-645-1525 x1540 for any other information!
