How do the moving green lights indicate charge status i.e. what do the lights look like when battery is fully charged? Fully on..... or repeatedly ascending? Thanks.

For mine, when I place the light in, the green lights will show the current charge level, then the lights cycle upwards. When fully charged, the lights turn off. If any doubt on the status, I just remove and replace in the charger to be sure.
