Which one? The Caribbean boats are 110V - somewhere like Raja Ampat is likely 220V. (just guessing...)

On the location page for your trip there's a Know Before You Go. On most of them scroll down to the Yacht section and they'll list the power options plus any needed adapters. Ex - (had it bookmarked)
The Turks & Caicos Aggressor II is a beautiful 120 foot yacht, designed and powered for comfort, safety
and stability. She is diesel powered, cruises at 10 knots and has 110 volt power on board.

Seems like all modern cameras and electronics comes with 110-240 power supplies so your only problem should be the plug adapter, which may be what you mean by adapter. If going to a country with a different plug you will want to bring it because you'll be there for more than just the boat.

Also, be sure to take a small power bar with surge protector. Outlets can be few and far between and power levels will fluctuate as load changes on the generators and inverters.
