I was wondering what people were recommending for chargers these days? I know in the past, the XTAR Dragon and Opus chargers have been recommended. Are these still the go to?

Nitecore D4 is also on the short list. For your first charger, I'd recommend getting the Opus since it will do battery testing and cycling as well. Super convenient for any NiMH rechargeables that you have. After that, get the cheaper ones if you need to charge more than 4 at a time or need to charge NiMH and Li-ion simultaneously

As tbone indicates, an analyzing charger is good for a main unit.
Dragon is good.
Opus BTC 3100
Zanflare C4
Liitokala Engineer Lii-500
Any of these will do multiple chemistries and analyze cells reliably. The internal resistance measurement on the Lii-500 is bogus though.
