change units to metric in Sunnto Companion

I have an old Sunnto Companion computer.
Still works just fine.
Just changed the battery and the unit has come up with US Units (feet/F).
I need metric.
Found manual online but it doesn't show how to change the units.
Any ideas?

Just worked it out. In case anyone else is looking.
Its a bit fiddly. Took me several goes.
Take out battery. Make ALL THREE contacts on the front with wet finger. Hold contacts and insert battery.
(its hard cos contacts are on front and battery on back)
Should flip from ft to m. Took me 3 attempts.
Other posters have stated don't leave the battery out for long (> 5mins) and the unit can die.. cant vouch for that. I did it in 30 secs
