I just got back my TranspacII from LeisurePro today for warranty work.

The problem was a rip in one of the straps of my TPII harness There's a velcro strap on the shoulder piece of the back pad that attaches to the shoulder strap pad. Its not a structural strap, but it holds the shoulder strap pad in place.

Rather than repairing my existing TPII, LP just sent me a new harness. Ending up being a pretty good deal cause I had kept the waist belt d-rings, buckle, and both tank straps from my old TPII. So I got spares now!

As a side note, the new harness is quite a bit different than the old one. The padding (shoulder and back) appears to have a nylon exterior rather than the felt-like old exterior (better wear characteristics?). Also, the tank strap buckles are now made of SS rather than plastic on the old ones. Overall it appears higher quality. My 1st TPII must have been made at a different time (despite the fact that I purchased the 1st one a couple months ago).
